We are delighted to announce that Plaza Senayan has received the Indonesia WOW Brand 2014 Award: Residential Property Developer, Shopping Mall & Retail “Best Mall in Premium Mall Category. The award was presented to Plaza Senayan by MarkPlus, Inc. at ceremonies held at the Ritz-Carlton on 11th September 2014.

This is the third year in a row that Plaza Senayan has received similar awards which are based on input from 600 respondents in the greater Jakarta area. The awards include:
Shoppers-Insight Service Quality Award 2013“Best Shopping Mall in Premium Mall Category” and Shoppers-Insight Service Quality Awards 2012 “Best Shopping Mall in Overall Performance” & “Best Shopping Mall in Facility Performance.

One of the most prestigious national awards in culture & creative economics. The awards were presented at ceremonies inaugurated by the Minister of Culture & Creative Economics on 2nd December 2010 and 8th December 2011.

Winners were assessed using open polling on The Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s website and various tourism websites on-line. Approximately 50,000 customers voted for each award.

THE BEST SHOPPING MALL IN OVERALL PERFORMANCE, 2012” and “THE BEST SHOPPING MALL IN FACILITY PERFORMANCE, 2012”

Shoppers-insight is an online mystery shopping portal to measure and benchmark the overall service, customer loyalty, physical facilities and hospitality performance of shopping malls in greater Jakarta. The awards were presented on 26th July 2012.
