Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for general front desk duties in Apartemen Plaza Senayan, including but not limited to handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents’ inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.


  • Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree holder, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry
  • Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position
  • Excellent command in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Japanese language skill would be an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours


Duties & Responsibilities: 

Assist in managing Sentral Senayan Office Towers related to both internal (administration & operational) and external (tenancy) to ensure all building facilities are working and operating properly. 

Support Assistant Manager in handling digital services in Sentral Senayan such as visitor management system, half-height sensor barriers, building access cards, digital signage, Sentral Senayan portal, mobile application, and all technology related to building operational. 


  • Bachelor’s degree holder.  
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Up to 2 years of experience in related position would be an advantage. 
  • Digitally proficient, creative & conceptual, good public speaking and negotiation skills with service attitude. 
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, well-organized with high attention to details, adaptable, and confident. 
  • Fully professional English skill required (spoken and written). 
  • Japanese or Korean language skill would be beneficial. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Willing to work on weekends (occasional Saturday duty).

Maintain and control the outstanding balance of Apartemen Plaza Senayan tenants to reduce A/R balance at the lowest level. 


  • Bachelor’s degree holder specialized in Accounting.

  • Certification in Brevet A & B would be an advantage. 
  • Good English skill (spoken and written). 
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, fast learner and cooperative, with high attention to details. 
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets.
