Enjoying homemade snacks is an easy way to reminisce about one’s hometown. Nowadays, many snack shops offer a variety of cakes with claims of authentic and traditional flavors. In reality, these cakes do not have the authentic taste. Only a few snack shops preserve the original taste of traditional “homemade” Indonesian cakes. After years of searching for delicious traditional snacks that remind us of those made by our mothers, without success, we decided to bring our mother’s traditional recipes to life and are determined to serve snacks with truly authentic flavors for everyone.
