TENANT RELATION FOR PLAZA SENAYAN

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relations with tenants of Plaza Senayan, including but not limited to record and follow up tenants complaints, record tenants’ defect and maintenance progress, check Working Permit, coordinate with tenants regarding scope of on-going work, details, and work method, including coordinating HSE Induction as needed.
  • Liaise with Promotions & Events department in supporting tenant’s events.
  • Prepare people counting and traffic data report for management’s review.
  • Support fitting out team in coordinating with tenants.
  • Support afternoon Duty Manager in Plaza Senayan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder, majoring in Architecture.
  • Having 1 – 2 years in similar position would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command in English (spoken & written).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Good communication with diplomacy, presentation skill, as well as administrative skill.
  • Service-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and confident.
  • Willing to work on weekend/Public Holiday an also in afternoon shift.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and communicate security operational of all buildings in Senayan Square area, as well as provide strategic assistance in internal and external security coordination.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractor work to be according to management’s policy.
  • Ensure security operational is well-maintained, prevent disturbances, and able to effectively solve problems which may occur, in coordination with other parties such as Police/Army.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or Bachelor degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 year experience as security team leader in business complex such as mall, apartment, or office tower.
  • Proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skill.
  • Certified in Gada Pratama and Gada Madya would be an advantage.
  • Basic English skill (spoken & written).
  • Good networking background with Police/Army.

SENIOR OFFICER

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants in Sentral Senayan Office Towers and provide excellent service according to international building management standards.
  • Support Tenant Service team in ensuring that all building facilities are in excellent condition and all defects are followed up.
  • Supervise, inspect, control, and coordinate all building services and facilities to ensure it is all well-maintained.
  • Support in administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Hospitality, Civil Engineering or IT.
  • Experienced in building management or similar position.
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service oriented, confident, effective communication & negotiation skill, problem solver, high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge about facility management and facility audit would be an advantage.
  • Japanese/Korean language ability is a plus.

RECEPTIONIST FOR APARTEMEN PLAZA SENAYAN

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for general front desk duties such as handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents’ inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3 or S1 graduate, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry.
  • Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Good command in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Japanese language skill would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours.

SECURITY SYSTEM COORDINATOR

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the data record of CCTV, HSB, VMS, and X-Ray machine.
  • Carry out periodic checks, analyze potential damage, and involved in the maintenance and repair process of the equipment.
  • Actively seek to improve security operational equipment in accordance with current technological development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder majoring in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT position.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware & software.
  • Good English skill (spoken & written).
  • Creative, good communication skills, and high attention to details.
