Finance Officer

Maintain and control the outstanding balance of tenants to reduce A/R balance at the lowest level.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder specialized in Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Involved in all leasing matters including assisting with new leasing projects and researching new prospective tenants, maintaining the tenancy mix, executing and monitoring all the phases of the leasing process from negotiation and until the Lease is signed, and establishing a trusting relationship with tenants and prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Background in retail/marketing/sales/property is a plus
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good negotiation and marketing skills
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing marketing strategy
  • High attention to details, good time management, strong planning and organization skills
